What sparked your interest in racing? Racing started as a family sport, something that me and my father could do together. Ever since I can remember I've been interested in racing because that is what my family was interested in. Back to top
What is your favorite track and why? Indianapolis Motor Speedway because it is one of the most difficult ovals you'll find anywhere and mainly because of the history and prestige that the tracks' 90 year history has become. Back to top
What is your dream vacation? The best vacation for me is having free time at home! However, I've been to Cabo San Lucas a few times now and have had a blast each time so I like to go there when I get the chance. Back to top
What has been your most frightening experience on the track? In May 2005, while practicing at Indy, a car crashed in front of me and I hit a piece of debris which caused my car to flip 300 feet into the air. I ended up sliding upside down and when I finally came to a stop, I was so excited that I was able to get through that without any injuries. I was a little sore the next few days, but that incident really proved how safe the IndyCars truly are. Back to top
Who has been the biggest inspiration to you? Obviously, my parents have been a huge inspiration to me. But as far as race car drivers go, Rick Mears has been an inspiration to me not only because of his accomplishments in racing but also because of his current involvement with the sport. Back to top
